The Rosa Bianca Heirloom Italian eggplant is a smaller eggplant that's white with a rose purple color. It's a very striking vegetable that's almost too nice looking to eat! Great for grilling, the flesh is very meaty and it's a quick producer. They mature only about sixty days from transplant and will do fine in northern climates.
