Cameron Lettuce is red, romaine lettuce that is medium dark, crisp and sweet. It tastes great and adds color to your salads. Heat tolerant, this is a great choice for microgreens and will add color to your baby leaf bags. Will do great for succession planting. We suggest every two weeks from middle of February to mid-September; you can start picking at around 30 days. We blanket seed the are for all our leaf lettuce to keep the weed pressure down and thin. Those thinned go into the baby leaf or on the table; then the area that was thinned, we put in the tomato transplants. This is a combination of succession planting and companion planting. Happy growing!!!
The Cameron Lettuce is evocative, to say the least, but that's why you're drawn to it in the first place.
