The Anaheim Chili Hot Pepper grows long and skinny. A Southwest favorite, these little peppers turn bright red when fully ripe. They are very flavorful, with a Scoville scale rating of 500 to 2000. They will make excellent braids when dried. They take about 75 days from transplant; add about 10 days for red. We are in zone 6 and we start picking this variety in about 60 days.
