The Anaheim Chili Hot Pepper grows long and skinny. A Southwest favorite, these little peppers turn bright red when fully ripe. They are very flavorful, with a Scoville scale rating of 500 to 2000. They will make excellent braids when dried. They take about 75 days from transplant; add about 10 days for red. We are in zone 6 and we start picking this variety in about 60 days. The Anaheim Chili Hot pepper is a great addition to any garden and a must have for any farmers market table. These are all Heirloom, Non-GMO, and packed full of goodness and variety! Happy growing!!!
The Anaheim Chili Hot Pepper is evocative, to say the least, but that's why you're drawn to it in the first place.
