The Big Jim Hot Pepper is an Heirloom, Non-GMO pepper. It grows long and skinny. It goes from green to red and sets its peppers all at once. This is great news for people who are into canning, or for those who want to fill their table with lots of produce at their farmers market table. It will do well in the North; takes about 80 days from transplant for the red and about 65 to 70 days for the green. It is not too hot, about 1500 to 2000 on the Scoville scale All around, a great addition to any garden--you just can't get these Heirloom peppers from the store! Happy growing!!!
Plant early plant often
Life is too short to live without the Big Jim Hot Pepper. Be happy. Be Content. Be Satisfied.
