Ukrainian Purple Heirloom tomatoes are about 75 days from transplanting. In the north this Heirloom tomato is an indeterminate--so you will be picking until fall. They ripen to a deep purple on the shoulders and have a deep red on the rest of them. This variety is a Roma plum type. Since it dates back a few hundred years to Russia, this is great news to our northern gardener friends who will have no trouble growing this.
