Cauliflower


Cauliflower is one of several vegetables in the species Brassica oleracea, in the genus Brassica, which is in the family Brassicaceae. Our packs have about 400 seeds and around 6200 per ounce. Grow this like you would any other brassica: cabbage, broccoli etc... It is cold tolerant and transplants well. It should be planted every 2 weeks from spring to fall; it will over-winter in USDA Zone 7a and above without protection. You can do it in cooler places with mulch. This is a single harvest plant; when you cut the head, the plant is done.  So plant, water, repeat! Happy growing!!
