Kohlrabi

Kohlrabi is a German turnip or turnip cabbage. A biennial vegetable, it is a low, stout cultivar of cabbage. Kohlrabi can be eaten raw as well as cooked. Our packs have around 150 plus seeds and around 6000 seeds per ounce. Kohlrabi is cold tolerant and should be succession planted every few weeks from the end of February to August. If you have never tried to grow it before, try it before succession planting. Kohlrabi is a very easy plant to grow.  Everyone can grow this one, for transplanting is a breeze. The seeds take about 4 to 8 days to germinate and look like little four leaf clovers when first sprouting. Our seeds are Heirloom and Non-GMO. Happy growing!!!
