Celeriac Giant Prague

Celeriac Giant Prague is grown for its large white roots to eat. It does send up celery-like stalks that people harvest. The roots are very flavorful, and the Giant Prague variety is the best celeriac seeds. Like all our seeds, these are Heirloom garden seeds and Non-GMO. Grow like you would celery. Celeriac is not cold or hardy, and most folks will harvest after a frost. It will store all winter. A one-gram pack will do a ten-foot row, twenty feet if transplanted. For our farmers market friends, you will need one gram of seed for every market you do. Happy growing!!!!
