This kale has long slender leaves and is all Heirloom, Non-GMO. It is called the dinosaur kale because it is tough and hardy in the cold. It will grow almost year round; almost everywhere people are eating these leafy greens. A few times a week of eating this organic kale is better than taking a multi-vitamin.
