Can you say huge, huge? Big Max is great for novice big pumpkin growers. It averages 50 lbs. and you can get them over thousands! Give these plants a lot of room to grow; they will go 10 or 15 feet and can spread 20 or 25 ft. plus. Big Max is not really cut out for companion planting. They plant themselves and have huge leaves. If you want huge pumpkins, clip the vines and single it down to only one. If you like squash blossoms, this one has huge blossoms about the size of an adult hand! Happy growing!!!
