Cosmic Purple carrots are Heirloom purple carrots with an orange core. These have wonderful long tops that are great for bunching! We suggest planting every few weeks from early spring to fall so you can have a constant supply. Take 50 to 80 days to mature, depending on the size of carrot you like.
