These have long roots that are smooth, snow white, and a tapered shape with minimum side roots. The Harris Model parsnip is an Heirloom that will hold up to real world growing conditions. Will store well and break through hard soils. Don't let the ground have a hard freeze, or you won't be able to pull them up. But, a few light frosts will enhance their flavor.
