Nu mex joe e Parker. Mild hot pepper was developed in New Mexico in the late 80s this open pollinated non gmo. Pepper is a ancho type. That ripens to a rich red and is between 600 and 2000 on the Scoville scale. So enough heat to give flavor but not enough to be to hot. This will grow anywhere from zones 4 thru 10. Takes about 75 days for red.
