Tam Jalapeno Pepper

The Tam Jalapeno pepper is a smaller, milder, flavorful jalapeno. So, it's great if you want more of the flavor and less of the heat. These are about 1000 to 1500 on the Scoville scale. Will ripen to a bright red, and the flavor gets better the riper it becomes. A great choice for container gardening, these take about 65 days for green and 75 for red. Will ripen in the northern areas. Grow like you would any pepper; transplant after all danger of frost has passed. Happy growing!!!
